Arrive at the resort by late afternoon and enjoy time to explore the grounds, relax, or soak in the breathtaking views. Today features a delightful exploration of the region’s artisanal traditions and historic landmarks. Begin with a visit to the nearby Saint-Benoît-du-Lac Abbey, an active monastery with more than a century of history. Time will be set aside to browse the monastery shop, known for its locally made cheeses, preserves, and confections. Continue to the Uplands Heritage Site
to enjoy a traditional English tea in an elegant historic setting. In the afternoon, travel to Compton to visit Fromagerie La Station
for a tour of their cheese-making facilities and a tasting of their renowned organic cheeses. We will return to the resort in time for cocktails and dinner. The day concludes with a return to the resort for cocktails and dinner.

Day 3: Miellerie Lune de Miel, Sherbrooke Micro Brewery and Murals
After breakfast, visit Miellerie Lune de Miel
for a guided tour. Learn about the life of bees, tending to the hives, and honey production. Watch the bees in action in a completely protected museum environment. Afterwards, travel to Sherbrooke's old train station for a tour, a tasting, and lunch at the microbrewery, Siboire. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of Sherbrooke’s murals, an attraction that has transformed Sherbrooke’s downtown into a magnificent outdoor art gallery! Arrive back at the resort in time for evening cocktails, followed by a gala dinner and live entertainment.

Day 4: Happy Thanksgiving, Parc Omega, Château Montebello
Depart Orford and travel to Parc Omega
for a guided visit through this unique wildlife park, offering the chance to observe Canadian wildlife in a natural setting while learning about the region’s ecosystems and conservation efforts. After lunch, continue the remarkable Château Montebello,
the world’s largest log cabin! Immerse yourself in the rustic elegance and serene atmosphere of the resort before enjoying a delightful Thanksgiving feast.
