  • What is the Connections Program?

    We want vacations to be stress-free, from the start. Our unique Connections Program eliminates the stress of worrying how to get to the starting point of a tour.


    The Connections Program was originally designed to help guests joining a motorcoach tour, and provides transportation to a pickup point or an overnight stay at one of our partner hotels along the route. Since meeting guests at pick-up points is important, this program is an included feature of these trips. Check the “What’s Included” section.


    Many of our tours are now offered as “land only packages” from a specified starting point and to get to that starting point, a drive or a flight is required. We recognize that for some people the option to have these arrangements taken care of is a valuable service. Thus, we are offering our expertise and partnerships with hotels and transportation providers as an optional add-on.


    The Connections Program helps guests get from home to their adventure and back again.

  • What are the Options?

    The options for the Connections Program depend on where the traveller resides, and whether they need to connect with a motorcoach pickup point or an airport.


    1) For Guests Within Taxi Service Range

    If the guest resides within our door-to-door taxi service range, we’ll arrange service from their home to the nearest pickup point or chosen airport.  Depending on the distance involved this may be free or subsidized.


    2) For Guests Residing Outside Our Taxi Service Range

    For the convenience of out-of-province guests, and guests from communities outside the door-to-door taxi service range, a night of accommodation can be arranged at our partner hotels in various locations. If extra hotel nights are required, additional charges will apply.  Parking is subject to availability and may have an additional charge.

    3) Credit

    For trips that include the Connections Program, a credit will be applied if guests wish to make their own arrangements to meet the coach. A credit is also provided when neither the taxi nor the accommodation option is suitable.

Routing

The available pickup points for motorcoach tours are dependent on the travel route for the trip. For guests outside our routing area, the Connections Program will get them to a pickup point to meet up with the coach.
