Sandy Beaches, Turquoise-Blue Water, and Nearby Cenotes

Cancun is known world-wide for its spectacular white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Whether body surfing, snorkeling or reclining in a chair in the shade, the beach here is a beautiful way to relax outside. A big part of the Mexican culture is spending a morning or afternoon visiting a cenote, and there are several of these special land and water formations nearby!

Spacious 1-bedroom Suites

The accommodations at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites are spacious and comfortable, with a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, kitchenette, and separate bedroom – everything you need for a few weeks away in this tropical paradise.

This is a great “home base” location from which to go exploring.  There are many options for excursions to experience both the cultural and the underwater attractions in the region.

Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites are designed to provide a haven of rest with a fresh, bright Mediterranean feel.  There are a variety of views, though it is not possible to request a particular view for your stay.  We are offering two room types.  

1. Standard Rooms

There are a limited number of these rooms which provide an economical option for friends travelling together.  These rooms feature:

• two double beds
•  large picture windows
• a furnished terrace or balcony
• a mini fridge
• a coffee maker

2.  1-Bedroom Suite

These suites are a fabulous home away from home for couples.  This room type features:

• a separate bedroom with one king-size bed
• a full-sized fully equipped kitchen
• dining room
• living room with sofa bed
• sliding glass doors to furnished balcony or terrace
