My mother and I just got back from a 14 day stay at the beautiful Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach Florida.
We thought that the 29-hour coach ride would be a long haul for both of us, especially for my Mom who is in her 60s. As it turns out, the coaches have a lot of leg room and they have new DVD movies that you can watch to make your journey not seem so long.
We loved all the places that you stopped in. Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama.
As soon as we arrived in beautiful Panama City, the tour director came right out to the coach and greeted you with a very Southern welcome. You felt right at home the minute you arrived.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort was absolutely gorgeous. The condos over looked the white sand beaches and the ocean. Everyone had a private balcony and the view was unbelievable.
We loved the idea that we could be own our own and wander around as we liked. The DeNure tour staff constantly went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect.
Linda, Robert, Clyde and Harry were the BEST!! They would see you standing with bags along a street, and would pull over to see if you need a ride. We thought it was amazing that they would even notice you.
We had a great time on this vacation and we are planning another next year. This time for 3 weeks. We both made a lot of friends.
I would like to say a BIG thank you to DeNure - especially Linda, Robert, Clyde and Harry. You made us feel very welcome to a place that we had never been too before.
We plan on seeing you next year and for many years to come.
