| The Denuro Program – DeNure Tours Terms and Conditions •Denuros Travel Rewards (“Denuros”) are earned on every DeNure tour booked for cash, calculated as a percentage of the value of the tour, excluding pre-tour / post-tour hotel costs, taxi surcharges, insurance costs or taxes. The percentage earned may be changed without notice and is identified in the Denure Tours brochure (hereafter referred to as “the brochure”) and on the www.denuretours.com website (hereafter referred to as “the website”). •Denuros are automatically posted to the customer account on the date of departure. To be an account holder you must have a valid Canadian address and be of legal age in the province in which you reside. •Account holders may make an inquiry about their Denuros account balance by contacting 1-800-668-6859 or emailing a request to loyalty@denuretours.com •We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use Customer personal information to: (I) administer the travel booking, including the management of a Denuros account and to accurately record and update Denuros balances; (ii) process redemptions (iii) invoice as appropriate; (iv) communicate information and offers (v) understand and analyze Customer responses, needs and preferences; (vi) develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs; and (vii) enable participation in promotions and contests. Customer personal information is considered a DeNure Tours asset; if our business is transferred to a new owner, Customer personal information will be given to and considered an asset of the new owner. •A Denuros account is deemed to be inactive if no bookings with DeNure Tours have taken place in the prior 5 years. After 5 years account holders may still apply to have their Denuros reinstated by contacting 1-800-668-6859 or emailing a request to loyalty@denuretours.com •There is no limit to the number of Denuros that can be accumulated or used. Determination of income tax liability on Denuros travel rewards is the responsibility of the account holder. •Denuros are accumulated on an individual basis, and cannot be transferred to another person except in the event of death, in which case the Denuros in the deceased party’s account may be transferred to a legally recognized partner, provided they travelled with the deceased when the Denuros were earned. •Special additional bonuses may be earned only on the tours identified in the brochure and on the website. Restrictions may apply, such as certain tours and departure dates only. These special additional bonuses may be changed without notice. • A referral bonus will be earned on names referred to DeNure Tours that are new to the DeNure Tours database only. If a referred customer books within one year of the date of the referral, a referral bonus will be applied to the account of the referrer. The amount of this bonus is identified in the brochure and on the website and may be changed without notice. •Denuros may be redeemed for current rewards published in the brochure or website, provided that the passenger has already travelled on two previous trips with DeNure Tours, both of them of 3 or more days duration. •A fixed number of Denuros may be redeemed at time of booking as an Early Booking Bonus (“EBB”), as identified in the brochure and on the website. Provided the booking is completed by the “BOOK BY” date specified, the cost of the tour will be reduced by the amount of $1 for each Denuro redeemed. Neither more nor less than the fixed number of Denuros specified may be redeemed as an EBB. •Denuros may be redeemed to book an adjoining seat for the same passenger on express trips only. The amount of Denuros required to book an extra seat will be identified in the brochure and on the website, and may vary between different departure dates. No less than the fixed number of Denuros specified may be redeemed for a free seat, and free seats cannot be obtained by cash payments either in part or in full. Some restrictions may apply and the number of seats available for redemption as extra seats may be limited for each departure. •Denuros may be redeemed to book a complete trip identified in the DeNure Tours brochure or website, provided it is of greater than 2 days duration. The redemption cost of the tour will be calculated based upon the price published in the brochure or on the website for the specific tour and departure date, with one Denuro redeemed for each $1 of the current published tour price. Free trips can only be obtained by redeeming the full value in Denuros – partial cash payments will not be accepted. Some restrictions may apply, and the number of free trips available for redemption may be limited for each tour and departure date. The passenger will be required to pay in cash for any additional items including, but not limited to, pre-tour and post-tour hotel costs, taxi, insurance costs and taxes. •Denuros may be redeemed for travel merchandise that is specified on the website. Payment for merchandise must be made either completely in cash or completely in Denuros, as specified in the chart on the website, which includes taxes, handling and delivery costs. Merchandise is subject to availability and the merchandise available may be changed without notice. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. Delivery is to residential addresses within Canada only. Defective or damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days for exchange. •The accumulation of Denuros does not entitle account holders to any vested rights and, in accumulating Denuros, account holders may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward, reward level, premium or other benefit. DeNure Tours specifically reserves the right to amend, alter, withdraw or terminate the Denuros Travel Rewards program (in whole or in part), any program, benefit or reward, booking conditions, redemption procedures or these Terms and Conditions either with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Denuros already accumulated. •DeNure Tours shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes regarding the Denuros Travel Rewards Program, including Denuros accumulated or rewards claimed or received shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes. |
